ChatApp

ChatApp is an Android app that I made simply to teach myself how to make Android apps! I spent a good week diving into documentation regarding Android development, and just kind of gave up. I decided that going ahead and making an app from scratch would be the perfect way to learn Android development.

After setting up the IDE, getting an idea for an app was my main concern. Apps for instant messaging are already around (alot of them), but I thought I'd give it a go. All throughout the development process I got new ideas about where the project was headed.
